Shipping Policy

Consolidating Your Orders

As a member of our community, all of your live break purchases are automatically placed on hold. This is our default process, which allows you to consolidate multiple orders over time and save on shipping fees. Your orders will remain on hold until you are ready to ship them. We will send a reminder in chat, Discord, or via email if your package appears to be forgotten or has gotten too large for us to properly ship to you.

Where We Ship

We ship everywhere within the United States, United States Territories, and military bases.

  • International Shipping (Live Breaks Only): International shipping is available for live break items only. Customers must check with the streamer to verify if shipping is offered to their specific country.
  • Sealed Products & Preorders: These items are currently restricted to United States customers only.

Requesting Your Shipment

When you are ready to ship, you must do so by visiting our Shipping & Insurance page to select a shipping service.

  • Sorting Preferences: On each product page, you must select your preferred sorting method: All Cards - Bulk, Hits Only - Rares & Up, or Foils Only. These selections determine what we hold in your personal bin.
  • Domestic Shipping: Select the appropriate shipping option for your needs. Standard domestic shipping typically carries a flat-rate fee.
  • Weight Surcharges: Standard shipping fees cover your consolidated items up to a specific weight threshold. Packages that exceed standard weight limits or require oversized handling will be subject to additional fees based on the total weight and dimensions of the shipment. For extremely heavy shipments exceeding 30 lbs, you will be required to pay the full handling and postage costs charged by the carrier.
  • International Shipping Process: International customers should send an email to customer service or message us on Discord to request shipping. We will prepare your shipment, calculate the custom cost based on weight and destination, and send an invoice via email or Discord.
  • Processing Time: Once your shipping payment is received, your items will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Sealed Products, Singles, and Preorders

Shipping for sealed products, singles, and preorders will occur as soon as the products are available.

  • Handling Time: Sealed products and singles typically have a 1–2 business day handling period before shipping.
  • Preorders: These will ship as soon as the products are in our possession following the official release.

Order Status and Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Shipping times are estimates based on your region and postal services.
