What is the Cardboard Collector's Guild?

The Cardboard Collectors Guild is a community-driven platform for trading card and anime enthusiasts. We specialize in live breaks,
where collectors can purchase sealed products, or spots in group openings of sealed products, and we also sell high-rarity singles
from various trading card games. Our goal is to provide a fun, engaging experience for collectors of all levels.

What are live breaks?

Live breaks are events where sealed trading card products (such as booster boxes) are opened live, and participants who have purchased spots receive cards based on the break format. Live breaks are an exciting way to build your collection while sharing the experience with other collectors in real-time.

How do I participate in a live break?

All live pack openings purchased from the store will be opened live on Twitch.tv. To join a live break, visit our website’s “Live Break Products” section and browse the available options. Select the break you’re interested in, purchase your product, and tune into our scheduled live stream at the designated time. During the stream, we’ll open the product and allocate cards according to the type of break purchased (e.g., hits only, all cards, etc.).

What types of singles do you sell?

We sell high-rarity singles and graded cards from popular trading card games. For bulk singles or lower-value cards, these are available exclusively through our TCGPlayer store, providing a convenient option for collectors seeking to complete their sets or expand their collections.

Are your singles authenticated or graded?

For ungraded cards, we prioritize authenticity and quality by conducting a thorough inspection process before listing them for sale. While our graded singles are professionally graded by trusted third-party grading companies like PSA, BGS, or CGC.

Shipping & Returns

Consolidating Your Orders

As a member of the Cardboard Collectors Guild, all of your live break
purchases are automatically placed on hold. This is our default process, which allows you to consolidate multiple orders over time and save on shipping fees. Your orders will remain on hold until you are ready to ship them.

Sending Your Loot

When you are ready to ship, you can do so by selecting one of our Send My Loot service options.

  • Domestic Shipping (Within the USA): Select Send My Loot - Domestic and you will be charged a flat-rate fee of $6. This fee covers all of the items you have on hold. If your shipment is over 5 pounds, it may be subject to an additional fee based on weight. We will ship your items within 1-3 business days of receiving your payment.
  • International Shipping: Select Send My Loot - International to begin the process. After you select this option, we will prepare your shipment, calculate the custom shipping cost based on its weight and destination, and send you an invoice via email or Discord. Once the invoice is paid, your collection will
    be shipped within 1-3 business days.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of collectibles and trading cards as unique items with fluctuating market values, all sales are final unless there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped). If you believe there has been an issue with your order or shipment damage has occurred during transit, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it promptly.

Returns, Refunds and Claims

Due to the nature of collectibles and the fluctuating market value of trading cards, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for live openings once a product has been opened.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. For this reason, it is highly recommended that you select one of our insurance coverage options, available on the website.

If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, we can assist you by providing any necessary documents, such as invoices, to help with your claims to the shipping carrier or insurance provider.
