Due to the nature of collectibles and trading cards as unique items with fluctuating market values, all sales are final unless there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped). If you believe there has been an issue with your order or shipment damage has occurred during transit, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it promptly.
Returns, Refunds and Claims
Due to the nature of collectibles and the fluctuating market value of trading cards, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for live openings once a product has been opened.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. For this reason, it is highly recommended that you select one of our insurance coverage options, available on the website.
If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, we can assist you by providing any necessary documents, such as invoices, to help with your claims to the shipping carrier or insurance provider.
