Returns, Refunds, and Claims Policy

Please note that all sales are final.

Due to the nature of collectibles and the fluctuating market value of trading cards, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an item has been purchased. Please be very careful to purchase the correct item and quantity.

Shipping, Damages, and Loss

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. Once we ship your package, any damages or losses are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. For this reason, it is highly recommended that you select one of our insurance coverage options.

  • Insurance Options: All purchases include tracking and up to $100 of insurance at no additional cost.
  • Additional Coverage: Customers have the option to purchase additional shipping protection or signature delivery through the Shipping & Insurance menu on our website.
  • Claims Assistance: If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, we can assist you by providing any necessary documents, such as invoices, to help with your claims to the shipping carrier or insurance provider.
  • Limitations: This insurance covers only the cost of the products purchased; the value of individual cards found inside boxes cannot be insured under these terms.

Live Breaks (Openings)

There are no refunds or cancellations for live openings once a product has been opened. Refunds before a stream begins or exchanges for different box openings are at the sole discretion of the streamer.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only accept orders and ship to customers residing within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or accept international orders.

Preorder Cancellations

Preordering products before their release date involves certain risks. By placing a preorder, you agree to a binding purchase agreement for the product at the advertised price.

Cancellation Requests:

Deadline: Cancellation requests must be made prior to the deadline stated on the product page.
Default Deadline: If no cancellation deadline is listed, the preorder is non-cancellable.
Fees: Approved cancellations will incur a fee of 10% of the total value of the items canceled.
Partial Cancellations: Partial cancellations (e.g., removing one case from a multi-case order) are also subject to this fee.
Process: Cancellation requests must be submitted via email, and the fee must be accepted in writing before the cancellation is finalized.

After the Cancellation Deadline: Preorder cancellations are generally not accepted. Customers assume and accept all risks when purchasing unreleased products, including but not limited to delays, quality issues, price fluctuations, changes in interest, or financial hardship. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, but approved cancellations after the deadline will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

International Orders

We currently only offer sales and shipping within the United States. We cannot accept or process cancellations for orders from customers residing outside of the US.
